State Availability

Halftime Health is a telehealth service. Where we can offer care is determined by

state medical-licensure and pharmacy regulations, so the Service is available only

to residents of the states listed below. The state you select during sign-up must

be your state of residence; this list is the authoritative reference for the

eligibility statement in our Terms of Service.

Where the Service is available

As of the Effective Date, the Service is offered to residents of the following

45 jurisdictions (44 states and the District of Columbia):

Not available

The Service cannot be offered to residents of the following state, which is excluded

by state regulation. No waitlist is offered:

  • Louisiana — excluded under La. Admin. Code §XLV-7513.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy. They are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription from a licensed physician.

Halftime Health is a telehealth platform, not a licensed medical provider or pharmacy. All clinical evaluations and prescriptions are provided by independently licensed physicians on the OLA Digital Health network.

This is not emergency care. Halftime Health does not provide urgent or emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you have an adverse reaction, book a $49 physician visit. We do not staff a medical-crisis on-call.
